Losing 20 lbs of body fat without exercise in only 30 days and achieving 15 minutes orgasm, sounds like a pretty sweet deal.

Well, this is possible according to Timothy Ferriss, author of the  #1 New York Times bestselling book, 4 Hour Body.

This book is basically about a lifestyle, including sleep (suggesting 20 to 30 minutes naps every 4 hours, resulting in 6 naps each day as opposed to straight hours of sleep), exercise, sex and the perks of medical tourism or undergoing test or treatment outside the U.S.A.

Is There Any Scientific Evidence or Adequate Proof To Support The Socking Claims in Timothy Ferriss 897 Page Book?

Timothy Ferris is neither a doctor nor a Ph.D.

However, he is a meticulous data cruncher with access to many of the world best athletes and scientists.

This book claims to include some of the finding of more than 100 PhDs, NASA scientists, medical doctors, Olympic athletes, professional sports trainer, world-record, super bowl rehabilitation specialists and even former eastern bloc coaches.

Inside this book, you’ll find some of the most incredible specimens, including before and after transformation.

Ferris’s Slow Carb Diet

How about losing 20 lbs without any pills or exercise?

Tim’s Slow Carb Diet promises just that.

The rules are simple (more or less familiar to anyone who has tried low carb): avoid white bread, white rice, white potatoes, and other white cabs.

Timothy also says no to whole grains and steel-cut oats, which are often regarded as healthy carbs due to its high content of fiber.

His fast weight loss diet plans forbid all types of fruits and dairy product (except cottage cheese) and involve one “all you can eat day” each week.

Cottage cheese still makes a good addition to any weight loss unlike any other dairy product, Timothy Writes.

Unlike white wines or beer, he allows two glasses of red wine each night but preferably a dry Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, or Melot.

However, red wine is by no means necessary for this diet to work.

Ferriss recommends consuming the same small meals over and over again.

Does The 4 Hour Body By Timothy Ferriss Make Sense?

  • The whole idea of avoiding white carbs that quickly turns into sugar after consumption is a good thing to do.
  • Eating the same thing every day is not good as you are limiting your diet to certain nutrients that are healthy and good for you.
  • Rapid weight loss is not guaranteed for everyone, it doesn’t work for everyone. Fat loss is a slow process and hard work.
  • The 4 Hour Body approved only a certain veggies such as spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, peas and green beans. Restricting certain vegetables can cause mineral deficiencies in the long term.
  • One of the most important contradictions in this book is that it allows cottage cheese for weight loss and banned on other dairy products. It doesn’t have any scientific proof that it would be worked.
  • Ferries claimed that it’s possible to last 15 minutes orgasm, but according to Pepper Schwartz, Ph.D., a sociologist at the University of Washington in Settle says that’s mainly hype. Sexual arousal and orgasm are extremely complex biological functions that cannot possibly last for 15 minutes.
