About Body love: Celebrity favorite health and fitness consultants Kelly LeVeque shares one of her weight loss secret which she calls the Fab Four. The Fab Four food group includes- Protein, fat, fiber and green.

It is designed to turn off hunger hormones, squelch inflammation and offer the body the perfect complete meal of essential nutrients.

Body love program will help you to banish unhealthy food craving, avoid mood swings and other symptoms caused by food drama.  

This program doesn’t promote starvation, Kelly wants her clients full and satisfied. She clearly mentioned that this is not a diet program or fad; it assured that the lifestyle recommended in the system is entirely based on science.

Kelly believes that women who start their day with protein rich breakfast resulted in feeling more relaxed and an overall greater attitude throughout the day and eat less overall.

Drop All That Science On Me: I really like how she explained everything in a simple straightforward, without dumbing down the content too much, especially when it comes to sugar intake, macronutrient and reducing inflammation.

It is easy to read because Kelly wrote the book in simple, uncluttered rhymes and I enjoyed reading it.

I like the general tips on balancing blood sugar levels, I’ve been using some of these strategies in my meals. For example, I added some chia seeds and coconut oil to the blender pancake batter.

You Can Apply It to Your Life:  There’s a week plan that is designed to help you make it easier to lose or maintain your weight. It includes meal plan and workouts, covering what you need to eat before and after your workout to maximize your results.

It’s easy to mix the match with ideas from the book and some up with something of your own.

The Focus on Intuitive eating: I love the fact that she doesn’t classify foods as good or bad but focuses instead on the idea of feeding yourself a range of delicious food.

Since the recommended meal and ideas are so satisfying you don’t feel like you’re missing out.

It allows you to honor your appetites, being aware of when you’re hungry, what you’re hungry for, and when you’re satisfied.

No doubt it’s not a quick fix program but it will definitely help you to live a healthy and balanced life.

The Fab Four Mentality: With this guide, you can all eat as healthy as pro athlete in your daily lives. The Fab Four components are protein (Which includes essential amino acids through animal protein, Vegan protein powder or clean protein powder), Fat (MCT Oil, almond butter, nuts, seeds or avocado etc.)  Fiber (like apples, citrus fruits, carrots etc.) and greens (any leaf green, especially micro greens which are clearly more nutrient dense)

These are not only easy to remember but also hard to forget and since I’ve been trying to focus on getting more the Fab Four in each meal, I feel less fatigued and more energized, less snacky and craving sugar less often.
