Matt Frazier who is a vegan marathoner cum an ultra runner developed No Meat Athlete with Matthew Ruscigno.

No Meat Athlete is an excellent program that teaches you with the art to stay in shape, fit and healthy.

Many athletes and laymen take to various artificial alternatives to stay strong, sit and healthy forgetting that nothing else can beat the natural process.

To get a desirable result of running and working-out is about knowing ‘how to do it’.

Frazier’s No Meat Athlete is an unconventional yet revolutionary program as it specially purports the method of vegetarian to a vegan diet and without any doubt, gives a satisfactory result.

This program consists of two sections that contain 9 chapters altogether.  The first Section has five chapters and specifically deals with plant-based nutrition for an athlete.

The second Section deals with the techniques of running and other physical exercises to stay toned, fit and healthy.

The book begins with an introductory chapter wherein the author talks about his personal experience as a marathon runner, how he prepared himself to qualify for one of the greatest world marathon “Boston Marathon” and how he eventually adopted a vegetarian and vegan diet which he said brought about tremendous multi-sided improvements to him.

He then goes on to in introducing an overview of how to use this program. Plan –based nutrition for athletes.

Apart from Frazier’s techniques, there many additional and informative tips and instructions provided by several other efficient athletes, health and fitness experts that could prove productive to us in one or the other way.
