High pitched ringing in ear, whistling, buzzing, clicking, hissing, or other noises can be symptoms of Tinnitus. Tinnitus is caused by the brain perceiving sounds when no sound is present. This usually happens when there has been damage to the cochlea, a part of the inner ear.

Practice Deep Breathing
